Accounting Administrator Intern

The Accounting Administrator will help the Accounting Department to run smoothly ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Process validate and record supplier invoices and expense documents accurately and on time.
Support the accounts payable workflow to ensure smooth vendor operations.
Maintain wellorganized digital and physical records in line with internal standards.
Monitor supplier accounts manage discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams and vendors when clarifications are required.
Assist with monthly reporting and support the team in closing activities (excluding bank reconciliations).
Follow internal controls policies and governance processes.
Provide administrative support to the broader Accounting function.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field.
13 years of relevant professional experience will be considered an advantage.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
High attention to detail consistency and reliability.
Strong communication skills and teamoriented mindset.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Good command of English.
Ability to adapt multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment.
