The Accounting Administrator will help the Accounting Department to run smoothly ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile analytical ledgers of suppliers / customers
  • Booking of suppliers invoices
  • Maintain digital & physical accounting records
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers in order to solve their ad hoc requests
  • Follow internal controls policies and governance processes.
  • Participate in other ad hoc tasks of the accounting department

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting Finance or similar field
  • Working experience at similar position at least 3 years
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Very good command of English - verbal and written
  • Digital literacy and tech savviness
  • Critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer and results oriented
  • Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
