Job Summary
The role in the Performance & Profitability Optimization (P2O) Center of Excellence focuses on helping Pfizer improve business performance and profitability through data-driven insights and smarter decision-making. This position supports company-wide projects that look for ways to increase efficiency reduce costs and strengthen overall financial results.
Working closely with Finance Commercial Supply Chain and Digital teams the role helps identify key business drivers measure results and recommend actions that improve profit and performance. The individual will ensure that analysis and recommendations support Pfizers strategic goals and are built into core business processes.
Success in this role means providing clear accurate insights that help leaders make informed decisions increasing transparency into what drives results and supporting continuous improvement across the organization.
