Job Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides evaluation diagnosis and treatment for patients with speech language cognitive and swallowing disorders in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role requires strong clinical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with speech language cognitive and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed
Collaborate with physicians nurses and rehabilitation teams
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy plans and progress
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
Schedule & Work Details
Day Shift: 5 x 8-hour shifts (09:00 AM 5:00 PM)
One weekend day required per week
Acute care / inpatient rehab setting
Required Qualifications
Active state SLP license (or pending at time of submission)
Minimum 2 years of experience
Outpatient experience required
Prior travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)
