1. Provide senior leadership and professional expertise in business change to support the implementation of the HQ Land SOF.
2. Construct. Develop own and maintain the Business Change Strategy Change Impact Assessments and associated artefacts. Coordinate with Programme/Project Managers to ensure change requirements are integrated into programme plans.
3. Lead stakeholder mapping and engagement efforts across Army MOD and wider Defence partners. Ensure the change narrative is clearly articulated consistent and targeted for different audiences.
4. Support the development and refinement of the Land SOF organisational design ensuring structures roles and processes are optimised. Lead change transition planning for the move from current to future operating models. Oversee training readiness and workforce adaptations required for new structures and capabilities to become fully operational.
5. Provide authoritative change expertise to HQ Land SOF governance boards and working groups. Develop and deliver reports papers and briefings for senior leaders highlighting progress risks and required decisions. Ensure compliance with Defence and Army change frameworks including P3M and Business Change guidance.
