Job Summary
Scope of Work: Procurement Consultant with ERP System Knowledge
- Proficiency in ERP System (Enterprise Resource Planning):
- Knowledge of how to use the ERP system to manage various internal operations such as procurement inventory and finance.
- Capable of integrating and centralizing data across departments to achieve resource management efficiency.
- Ability to Communicate with Companies and Suppliers:
- Effective communication skills with suppliers and business partners through the ERP system.
- Skilled in using electronic platforms to interact with suppliers negotiate prices and manage purchase orders.
- Experience in Procurement:
- Extensive experience in procurement and sourcing including analyzing organizational needs for goods and services.
- Capable of conducting feasibility studies to select the best suppliers and deals.
- Ability to Review Evaluations from Project Manager:
- Proficient in reviewing evaluation reports from the project manager to ensure alignment with defined goals and requirements.
- Able to analyze supplier performance and ensure deliveries meet the required standards.
- Contract Management and Negotiation Skills:
- Proficient in preparing and reviewing contracts with suppliers.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals and contractual terms.
