As a Project Manager at Codiyoullplay a key role in delivering new homes and supporting our development projects through all stages frominitialconcept through to handover working closely with colleagues and partners across regions.
Youllbe expected to manage projects efficiently keep the customer at the centre of everything you do and upholdhigh standardsof safetyqualityand delivery while working flexibly as part of a wider supportive team.
What skills and experience do you need
To thrive in this rolewerelooking for someone with:
A proventrack recordin a similar role within a development and/or contracting environment.
Strong commercial awareness and experience in the delivery of new homes.
A collaborative approach with experience of partnership working and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent project management skills including the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of the housebuilding and construction industry including the role of Registered Social Landlords (RSLs).
Demonstrated experience in pre- and post-contract programme management.
A strong understanding of health and safety practices within a construction environment.
A full driving licence and access to a car.

Working days arepredominately Mondayto Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a9 dayfortnight.
26 days holidayplus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service.
Maternity & Adoption Leave: 20 weeks
Paternity Leave: 3 weeks

The exact salary is60846for a37 hour full timepermanent cover position(Tier 1) or52909for a Tier 2 Project Manager(Please see JD for more details)
45p per mile for mileage allowance
