What you will do

• Serveas Operator of Record to operate Class 1 wastewater treatment Plantsand Class 1 Water Plant at Deer Creek State Park
• Coordinateactivities of facilities in the operation & maintenance ofwater andwastewater treatment plants( chemical laboratory tests oversees plant record keeping & ensures compliance with Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) wastewater regulations)
• Manage process controls by conducting routine sampling & monitoring daily or as required by Ohio EPA
• Manageswater &sewage plant equipment (e.g. lubricates all moving parts changes packing removes & replaces worn parts)
• Oversees safety inspection program of treatment facilities
• Must have Class 1 Wastewater Operator License and Class 1 Water Supply License
• Starting hourly pay of $27.92/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 5.5 years of service with an end salary $36.90/hr

Certificate of class at least equal to that required by water system or wastewater works classification pursuant to RuleEnvironmental Protection Agency; 12 mos. exp. as treatment plant operator in water &/or sewage treatment plant which included conducting routine laboratory tests on treatment plant flows; 6 mos. trg. or 6 mos. employee training & development; valid drivers license.
