Hours of work: 30 per week.
Working pattern: Part-time term-time only (working for39weeks per year plus7weeks annual leave).

We are now seeking a highly organised welcoming and efficient Office Admin Assistantto join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy school office and wants to make a positive contribution to school life. We are looking for someone who will:
Act as a warm professional and approachable ambassador for our school.
Be the first point of contact for parents pupils staff and visitors.
Bring enthusiasm positivity and a genuine interest in supporting children and learning.
Thrive in a varied office environment demonstrating flexibility and excellent administrative skills.
Uphold safeguarding confidentiality and security procedures at all times.
Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Head of School and wider team.
Maintain school records accurately and efficiently.
Deliver first aid (training will be provided).
Support the organisation of school trips sporting events and residential visits.
Use Microsoft Office confidently.
Use Arbor effectively (or be willing to undertake training).
