This onsite role at our Lafayette Hill PA facility is ideal for engineering packaging or technically driven professionals who want handson exposure to real production this role you will support the technical development testing and execution of label and packaging solutions working closely with engineering operations quality and customers. Your work will directly influence label design manufacturability application performance documentation and compliancefrom concept through Youll Work OnSupport and coordinate 10 active projects across label and packaging developmentCreate update and interpret 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD LTSupport label design and development for pharmaceutical and other regulated applicationsProduce hand mockups for internal testing and customer reviewConduct lab and application testing to verify label performance and complianceIdentify and interpret customer specifications artwork and technical drawingsTroubleshoot label application and performance issues partnering with operations and customersWrite clear professional technical documentation including testing results and project reportsMaintain accurate documentation for data collection press setup/settings and process changesCollaborate crossfunctionally to support innovation efficiency and continuous improvementRequired & Preferred QualificationsAssociate or Bachelors degree preferred ideally in engineering packaging or a technical discipline35 years of experience in a similar technical role or 24 years in prime label manufacturingAutoCAD experience required (AutoCAD LT preferred) including creation and interpretation of 2D drawingsExperience in packaging printing and/or converting technologiesStrong mathematical skills including proficiency with algebra and measurementsDemonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot manufacturing or label application issuesStrong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levelsAbility to produce clear professional written documentation and reportsComfortable working in manufacturing lab and customerfacing environmentsWillingness to travel extensively (3060%) including shortnotice trips weekends and potential international travelWhy MCCGlobal leader in premium labels and sustainable packagingHandson exposure to real production and technical challengesStrong mentorship crossfunctional collaboration and internal mobilityWork that directly supports innovation compliance and customer successA clear path for longterm technical career growth within an industry leader#appcast#LI-SD1
