We now need to strengthen our central teamto deliver on our business priorities and this is why we are looking forYOUour nextTeamManager.Youwill be leading a team of competent colleagues all criticalforthe daily technical support to meet our customers expectations.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Lead a team of Senior Product Engineers
Develop strong relations with internaland externalstakeholders
Provide and developthe serviceexecution support to sales companies andthe GlobalService Sales
Operations organization support (Technical helpdesk commissioning pilot testsandadvanced troubleshooting)
Collaborate with other functions within Alfa Laval to create networks thatsupportsthe developmentto improveanddeliversuperior customer experience
Keep updated info on Web Page related to department
Define and own Technical Roadmap and service operations platforms
Contribute to the establishment ofappropriate globalprocesses and standards that enable continual convergence of processes tools and work methods.
You report tothe Global Service TechnologyManagerand you should expect 30-40 traveldaysa year.

What you know
You havea background in the Energy industry preferably from After Sales. We are looking for a candidate who isbusiness-orientedand withservice experience in technical products and/or solutions preferably withinDecanters &High-SpeedSeparators. It is an advantage if you have worked in amatrix organization.
Engineering or related degree
Fluent in English
Strong service-oriented personality withgood communicationand networking skills
Strong commercialand technicalthinking with good market knowledge.
