Job Summary
Home Health Nurse Preceptor (RN)
Moosic PA & Surrounding Counties
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to support and mentor new clinical staff while delivering high-quality compassionate home health care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and team development.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary preceptor for new nursing staff providing orientation mentorship guidance and clinical education
Support initiatives to improve quality of care service delivery staff performance and departmental processes
Conduct patient assessments and skilled nursing visits in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
Educate patients families and caregivers on disease management and ongoing care needs
Deliver courteous accurate and timely care to ensure an excellent patient experience
Schedule
Monday Friday
8:00 AM 6:00 PM
Territory
Travel required within Monroe Pike and Wayne Counties
