Front Desk Agent

Join The Verve Hotel - BostonNatick as a Front Desk Agent where youll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Provide information about hotel amenities local attractions and services.
• Handle phone calls and emails directing inquiries as appropriate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work mid to late evenings including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency including familiarity with reservation systems.
