Our dental front office associates are the heart of our practice  they are the first and last impressions to be made on our patients. Our front office team plays an essential role in helping the operations of the office run smoothly and delivering best in class patient care. By joining our team you will have:Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Build and maintain productive schedules for our doctors and hygienistsÂ
Verify insurance coverage and fee schedules while completing full insurance breakdowns for patientsÂ
Complete pre-authorizations and referrals as appropriate for patients; gather all necessary information for claim processingÂ
Coordinate financial agreements and consent forms for the patients financial responsibility of dental treatment Â
Assist patients with understanding their treatment plan and increase dental case acceptance Â
Assist with patient check-in registration and maintain patient health and dental records with strong attention to detail and adherence to HIPAA Privacy Practices  Â
Ensure efficient office operations including distribution/response to mail scheduling answering and returning of phone calls responding to patient billing inquiries and direction of workflow as necessaryÂ

Qualifications:Â
Customer service experienceÂ
Dental office experienced (preferred)Â
