Contribute to an innovative environment that leverages technology and responds quickly to customer & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers and market segments that align with MCCs capabilities. Initiate outreach through calls emails and Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and determine fit for MCCs solutions. Schedule meetings and demos for the sales Engagement: Support the Sales team by preparing presentations proposals and samples. Ensure smooth communication between prospects and internal Intelligence: Gather and share insights on industry trends competitor activity and customer feedback to help refine MCCs : Work closely with Sales R&D and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and Management: Maintain accurate records of leads activities and pipeline in Salesforce or similar CRM Degree preferred.47 years of experience in business development sales support or related communication and relationship-building to research and identify potential in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple to travel occasionally for customer visits or industry role is primarily office-based or home office-based requiring extended periods of sitting computer use occasional walking or light lifting and may involve brief visits to manufacturing areas; reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
