Your Role

We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage the end-to-end order processing cycle from order confirmation to billing. You will ensure compliance with internal policies provide premium customer experience and manage logistics and stock optimization. This role requires close collaboration with sales and the logistics team proactive backlog management and effective handling of customer inquiries and Technogym Care activities.

Your Impact

• Deliver apremium endtoend customer experience by managing key touchpoints throughout the customer journey
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing maintaining strong governance and full compliance with internal policies and sales conditions
• Actively manage the order portfolio (backlog) partnering closely with Sales Logistics and the customer to prevent delays and slippage
• Coordinateseamless frictionless deliveries via the logistics portal including delivery date scheduling job assignment and activity closure
• Manage care activities and postdelivery customer satisfaction surveys providing timely solutionfocused feedback to inquiries and proactively addressing any service issues

About You

Ideally you are passionate about Healthness enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. You should have high attention to detail and accuracy with strong time and workload management skills. You have excellent telephone and written communications skills have a true passion for delivering a premium customer experience and are system savvy (SAP & Office).

What you should bring:

• Proven experience in Order Management Customer Service or a related role ideally in a fast-paced customer-centric environment
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership of customer needs
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with active listening and empathy
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM management
• Analytical and structured approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Exceptional time management and resilience
