Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of B2B Marketing to define and lead the endtoend marketing strategy for a marketleading digital platform operating in a fastmoving competitive industry.
This role owns both strategy and execution with responsibility for brand positioning gotomarket initiatives customer acquisition and retention and revenue enablement. You will lead a lean high-impact marketing team and work closely with senior stakeholders across sales product data and external partners to drive measurable business growth.
Reporting into an international marketing leadership team this role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives in complexity enjoys building from first principles and can balance bigpicture thinking with handson delivery.



Key Responsibilities
Define own and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligning brand commercial objectives and gotomarket execution
Lead the development and delivery of an integrated marketing plan spanning brand product marketing sales enablement PR events partnerships and activations
Drive B2B acquisition engagement and retention initiatives supporting onboarding adoption and longterm customer value growth
Establish and embed a robust measurement framework to assess marketing impact ROI brand health customer loyalty and retention performance
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team fostering collaboration trust accountability and continuous improvement
Work crossfunctionally with Sales Product Data CRM Performance and Communications teams to unlock growth opportunities
Manage senior stakeholders and regularly communicate progress against OKRs clearly articulating outcomes insights and commercial impact
Shape and position the brand to be distinct futureready and commercially relevant for business customers and partners
Take an experimental and insightdriven approach to uncover new opportunities optimise campaigns and increase customer lifetime value

What Youll Bring
8 years of marketing experience with deep expertise in B2B strategy and gotomarket execution
Proven leadership experience (5 years) building managing and scaling highperforming marketing teams
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing significant marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI
A strategic yet handson mindset comfortable owning outcomes and navigating ambiguity
Advanced analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business decisions
Demonstrated success in B2B brand building customer acquisition retention and revenue growth
A genuine passion for B2B marketing with strong awareness of industry trends best practices and modern GTM approaches
Experience operating in matrixed or complex organisational environments
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and articulate a compelling narrative internally and externally
