About the Opportunity
As a member of the Reservations team the Reservations Executive plays a key role in ensuring that Discova meets andexceedsits goals andoperatessuccessfully. This will involve the delivery of best-in-class service and memorable local experiences fortravellers. Operationally the role willbe responsible forfulfilling bookinglogistics handling operationalissuesand continually providing feedback to management on risks andpossible improvementsinthe ways weoperateour products. You havea strong desirefor structure exceptionalorganisationalskillsand love working according to procedures and schedules. You thrive on being meticulous and methodical and delivering a world-class service.
Your main responsibilities are:
Manageand makereservations of accommodation air ticket(s) train ticket(s) suppliers restaurantsandall services includedinapackage (except tour guides)
Effectively cooperate with Operationsand Fleet Product Sales CustomerExperience andsuppliers for seamless daily operations and overall service improvements
Ensure all bookings passenger details logistic information internalnotesand supplier notesareupdated on reservations system inan accurateandtimelymanner
Resolve customer service issues to customerssatisfaction with appropriatecorrective and preventive measures
About you
The Essentials:
A degree in tourism and hospitalitywould bean advantage
Fluent in national local languageand intermediate to advanced level of written and spoken English

Well-developed problem-solving skills
Customer centric with commitment tohigh standardsof service delivery
High attention to detailandstrong time/priority management skills
Able to work independently or in a team environment
Comfortable with a flexible rotating roster that may include late nightsweekendsand early mornings
Ability to work with uncertainties/changing priorities andto remain calmunder pressure
Willing to travel on business whenrequired
Personally aligned withDiscovascompany purpose and values
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
