Corporate Development Associate Director
Job Summary
Job Purpose and Impact
The Corporate Development Associate Director will be responsible for transaction execution including mergers acquisitions joint ventures and this role you will lead day-to-day execution target evaluation and cultivation.
Key Accountabilities
Lead corporate development transactions across a broad array of businesses and regions including acquisitions divestitures joint ventures and investments.
Develop a high performing deal teams with advanced financial modeling and transaction execution knowledge.
Build and develop relationships with business intermediaries investment banks and other external advisors.
Act as an advisor to platform and business unit leaders in the evaluation of merger and acquisition transactions and make recommendations on the impact of decision to the companys objectives and performance.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Strong experience with transaction execution that closed M&A credential is must.
Proven Experience overseeing complex financial modelling including providing guidance to junior team members and ensuring consistent quality and accuracy of analysis.
Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
5-6 years of related work experience in investment banks that 2 years acting as a team leader.
Proactive attitude mature communicator that experienced to discuss and partner with executives.
