Job Summary
Job Purpose and Impact
The Contract Execution will execute a limited scale of customer service on contract delivery activities for a single site this role you will provide clerical or administrative tasks to help optimize processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform complex administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basicunderstanding of customer service practices and procedures.
- Create contracts skillfully accurately and timely give assistance to commercial team to keep an eye on the contract execution.
- Participate in executing customer service strategies.
- Inform customers about order status invoices and other standard information needed to complete the sale.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to maintaining and updating tools or systems and relationships that supports accurate customer demand forecast as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.
- Handle complex clerical administrative technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma secondary education level or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (such as Excel PowerPoint Power BI etc.) with strong data processing and analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a good learning ability and the capacity to quickly adapt to a new working environment.
- Able to work under pressure and self-motivated requires with high sense of responsibility risk management and team spirit
