Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Sales Operations!
About the role
At Genpact we partner with leading technology and SaaS organizations to run and transform their revenue this role you will support core Sales Operations activities by enabling accurate forecasting disciplined deal execution and data-driven decision-making.
You will act as an operations partner to sales and commercial teams supporting forecasting rigor pipeline health deal execution and continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations.
Responsibilities
Lead forecast rollups and pipeline inspections with sales stakeholders
Analyze customer contracts pricing and licensing to support revenue growth
Support channel and alliance sales operations including partner deal support
Develop operational dashboards and insights for sales and leadership teams
Ensure compliance with pricing policies data governance and internal controls
Collaborate with Finance Legal and RevOps teams on deal execution
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Good years of relevant experience in Sales Operations Partner Operations or Revenue Operations
Hands-on experience supporting SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow Salesforce Oracle NetApp or similar products
Experience with forecasting pipeline management deal approvals and reporting
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Exposure to channel alliance or partner led sales models
Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
