As a Business Analysis Associate within Collections Recovery and Auto Operations you will forecast and prioritize initiatives drive disciplined project management and analyze customer and employee experiences post-implementation. You will collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that enhance the customer journey and support business-wide strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Management of team responsibilities forecast and prioritization of Collections initiatives implementing plans to achieve objectives.
• Lead procedure change management and oversight responsibilities across the business
• Drive disciplined project management and holistic approaches for business results.
• Participate in Collections and global project teams to assess impacts.

• Analyze customer and employee experiences after strategic initiatives.

• Support business-wide initiatives across multiple Collections processes.
• Lead stakeholders to define requirements and timelines for projects.
• Liaise between cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Communicate business objectives to internal clients and gain feedback.
• Facilitate training walkthroughs and meetings with internal clients.
• Participate in internal and external audits exams and risk control initiatives.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Bachelors Degree.
• Minimum of five years collections experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word Outlook PowerPoint Excel Access Visio).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to work in an analytical and decision-making environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Experience in pre and post charge off collections.
• Ability to utilize Collections business systems for audit information.
• Control management process management and risk mitigation experience.
