Job Summary
Mandatory - BMC Remedy / Helix
Oversee the lifecycle process and governance of IT Assets Technology Obsolescence Management.
Monitor and report on the status of IT assets ensuring compliance with obsolescence policies.
Initiate annual reviews to identify and assess obsolete IT assets facilitating timely updates.
Gather information on budget approvals and technology refresh implementation schedules.
Maintain the obsolete IT assets tracker through monthly follow-ups to monitor progress on refresh implementations.
Monitor the implementation of technology refresh projects to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with Asset Custodians to ensure timely submission of approved memos beforeend of life (EOL) date.
