A leading global investment bank is seeking a Vice President to join its Business Services Group focused on the Environmental and Facilities Services sector. The firm is widely recognized for delivering independent strategic and financial advice to corporations financial sponsors and governments with deep industry expertise and broad international reach. Its Corporate Finance platform was ranked the No. 1 investment bank for all global M&A transactions by LSEG in 2025.
The Business Services Group offers M&A advisory capital raising valuation and corporate restructuring services to public and private companies across the Environmental and Facilities Services sector. The team maintains deep senior-level relationships with major strategic and financial buyers and is widely recognized as a leading M&A advisor in the space.
The Role
As a Vice President you will be the day-to-day quarterback on live transactions managing all aspects of the M&A process from pitch through close. You will lead junior team members interface directly with clients and their advisors and play a central role in new business generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of transaction processes serving as the primary day-to-day lead on live deals
- Oversee the development and delivery of marketing pitches confidential information presentations management presentations and other client-facing materials
- Direct historical and projected financial analyses valuation work and ad hoc analytical projects
- Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactions end-to-end
- Build and maintain direct relationships with clients prospective clients and professional advisors
- Support new business generation including pitch development and client relationship maintenance
- Supervise mentor and develop junior staff members (Associates and Analysts)
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant investment banking experience
- Advanced knowledge of accounting finance and valuation methodologies
- Undergraduate degree with an exemplary academic record from an accredited institution
- Strong analytical quantitative and technical abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on M&A execution experience across multiple transaction types
- Extensive operational financial modeling and valuation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong public speaking and presentation capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Prior sector exposure to Environmental and Facilities Services Business Services or adjacent industrial end markets is a plus but not required
- US Citizen or equivalent
Compensation
- Base salary: $250000
- Eligible for discretionary incentive compensation
