Project Manager

Enable and accelerate both IID operations delivery and Strategic Risk Consulting business through project management cross functional coordination governance and execution tracking.

Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution Enablement
oProject management of IID operations to support timely high quality dashboard delivery
oProject Management of Strategic Risk Consulting Business roll out of dashboards to clients
oCoordinate across IID Ops leaders Consultants and Tech to unblock any execution issues
Cross Functional Coordination
oOwn coordination of projects and initiatives (remediation plans testing quality plans query reduction plans automation pilots)
oSupport Risk & Analytics Ops and sales leaders in query quality and automation management requiring cross team alignment

Governance & Action Tracking
oDefining project scope objectives timelines milestones and success criteria in partnership with business and delivery teams

oDeveloping and maintaining detailed project plans trackers and key project artefacts to support delivery governance

oTracking progress against plan identifying delivery risks and issues early and maintaining RAID logs with clear mitigation actions
oParticipate and contribute on IID governance forums with agreed cadence
oTrack decisions risks dependencies and actions through to closure (this should also include escalations)
oMaintain a single source of truth for IID action plans and help in drawing trends/RCAs for any issues/escalations

Metrics Insights & Reporting
oManage and report IID Ops performance metrics (delivery quality automation outcomes)
oProvide insights on trends root causes and systemic issues for Ops leadership

Change & Transition Support
oSupport adoption of new tools processes and quality standards
oCoordinate transition plans for changes impacting IID Ops delivery and Strategic Risk Consulting business.

Qualifications

Preferred knowledge on tools
oPortfolio reporting tools Office 365 (Co-Pilot/ Microsoft Teams/ SharePoint Online) MS Excel

Basic Qualifications:
oMinimum bachelors degree a must
oStrong Project Management skills
oMust be intermediate level in MS Excel PowerPoint and other office applications.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
oExcellent attention to detail
oHighly organized
oGood understanding of project delivery to be able to challenge
oAbility to manage projects in both Internal Operations and External (client-facing) environments
oProactive approach results focused highly motivated self-starter critical thinker and problem-solver

Ability to closely partner with senior stakeholders Project Manager and Programme Managers (across geographies) on projects
