Rate of Pay: 13.26 - 17.14 per hour
Summary:
An opportunity for an Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and financial support within Childrens Services. The role involves supporting financial processes coordinating meetings maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient service delivery across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for financial systems including procurement card processes.
- Deliver accurate word processing support (letters reports minutes templates).
- Organise attend and minute sensitive meetings ensuring accurate records and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update records on systems such as Mosaic and internal databases.
- Support performance tracking through accurate data entry and record management.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience ideally within a public sector or social care environment.
- Experience in minute-taking including sensitive or complex meetings.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
