Financial Business Analyst (Quote to Order Process)

The function supports operational efficiency consistency and compliance aligned with the organizations financial and strategic business objectives by establishing and enhancing business practices and processes.

- Assess and mitigate financial impact and contractual obligations while addressing customer change requests and issues.
- Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective resolutions in collaboration with upstream and downstream teams.
- Identify and prioritize requests based on customer impact and business urgency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support stakeholders in resolving reported issues efficiently.
- Drive strong communication practices to build customer and stakeholder trust and confidence.
- Analyze issues to identify root causes and escalate to relevant stakeholders for remediation.
- Demonstrate agility in adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.
- Maintain high standards of quality and proactively improve performance and processes through continuous self-evaluation.
- Handle semi-routine assignments with the ability to recognize and address deviations from standard practices.
Reporting Structure
This role reports to the Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager.
