Pay Rate: $19.00

Length: 12 Months (High Possibility of Extension)

Overview
Our client is seeking a Courier Driver / Print Production Associate to support daily courier operations and onsite print production. This role involves completing scheduled mail runs delivering materials and assisting with printing and finishing tasks to ensure timely and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Courier & Delivery

• Perform multiple daily mail runs using a company-provided vehicle
• Deliver print jobs mail and office supplies to designated locations
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness fuel levels and coordinate maintenance as needed

Print & Production

• Operate digital print equipment for basic production needs
• Perform quality checks before during and after print runs
• Maintain job logs and support basic reporting requirements

Finishing & Packaging

• Operate finishing equipment (cutting folding binding laminating hole punching)
• Package label and prepare completed materials for shipment
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards

General Support

• Assist with inventory management and supply tracking
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support team members to meet daily production and delivery targets

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in print production mailroom or courier roles is an asset
• Basic knowledge of print and finishing equipment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable following processes and instructions
