About the role
At Genpact we partner with leading technology and SaaS organizations to run and transform their revenue this role you will support core Sales Operations activities by enabling accurate forecasting disciplined deal execution and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
Support sales forecasting and pipeline reviews across assigned regions or accounts
Review quotes order forms and pricing requests for accuracy and policy compliance
Partner with Sales Finance Legal and Deal Desk teams to support deal approvals
Maintain CRM data hygiene and ensure accurate booking of sales opportunities
Analyze customer licensing usage and commercial data to identify revenue opportunities
Prepare dashboards reports and presentations for operational and leadership reviews
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Good years of relevant experience in Sales Operations Deal Desk or Business Operations
Experience supporting SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow Salesforce Oracle NetApp or similar enterprise software
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with CRM systems and sales processes

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Exposure to SaaS subscription renewals or licensing models
Experience working in cross functional global teams
