The Patient Care Tech(CNA) on our 18-bed Med/Surg Telemetry unit is a critical part of the Patient Care Team and works in a collaborative relationship with the Registered Nurse (RN) and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. This certified role observes patients provides basic nursing care and maintains the patient environment in an outcome-oriented safe therapeutic compassionate and cost-effective manner.

Qualifications:
- Current Maryland CNA licensure is required.
- American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification is required.
- One (1) year prior patient care experience required
- Highschool diploma or GED is required.

Salary Range: Minimum 19.49/hour - Maximum 30.22/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
