We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle Indonesia in this pivotal role you will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting top candidates to support the growth and development of our dynamic organization.

What this job involves:

• Developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled qualified candidates

• Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking and employee referrals

• Screening interviewing and evaluating candidates to assess their fit for open positions

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements

• Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases

• Processing of onboarding requirements of new hires

Sound like you To apply you need to be a:

• 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with demonstrated success in volume hiring.

• Experience within property construction or professional services sectors is preferred.

• Prior experience recruiting for technical roles or data center positions is advantageous.

• Equally effective working independently and collaboratively within team.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with proven experience building relationships across multiple levels of an organization. Capable of translating business needs into effective recruitment strategies.

• Strong working knowledge of recruitment best practices talent sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.

• Proficiency with recruitment software platforms and digital sourcing tools is essential.
