Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Data Analysis Reports (KPI) & management review materials for reviews & meetings.
- Ensure the accuracy of all analytical outputs and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest analytical tools techniques and industry best practices.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvements and automation within the NPS/Warranty/IQS/VDS analysis framework.
- Support cross functional efforts to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
- Follow quality control measures and take corrective actions.
- Deliver Operational efficiency actions.
Responsibilities
Deliverables
Warranty/NPS/IQS Data packs analysis reports
Minutes of the meetings capturing key discussion points decisions made and action items including responsibilities and deadlines.
Deliver projects aimed at improving process efficiency & Labor hours efficiency.
Qualifications
Education Qualification : Any Graduate in Engineering BE /Btech
Number of Years of Experience : 2-5 Years
Professional Exposure : PreferredKnowledge in Automobile Manufacturing Process Features Functionality & basic knowledge in Quality tools & Problem Solving Methods.
Skill & Knowledge requirement:
- Proficient in MS Office Software PowerPoint Word Excel Outlook.
- Demonstrate understanding of Ford Quality Metrics NPS Warranty J.D. Power etc.
- Proficiency in any of following applications and Technology like
Alteryx GCP Qlik sense Advanced Excel (Incl. VBA) Power BI
