Job Summary
Process Discovery & "As-Is" Optimization:
Lead the documentation of current clinical procurement processes across different regions using Signavio
Assess the current P2P process landscape identify inefficiencies and recommend optimization opportunities across policy process
controls and technology
Identify inefficiencies "shadow IT" (manual Excel tracking) and process deviations in the current legacy setup
Conduct root-cause analysis on recuring issues operational bottlenecks or experience gaps and propose targeted improvements
Drive immediate improvements: Propose and implement procedural "quick wins" (e.g. standardizing stock levels implementing
manual Kanban cleaning master data) to improve efficiency before the new system arrives
Benchmark processes against best practices and internal standards to define future state designs
Future State Design (S/4HANA):
Translate the lessons learned from current operations into a robust global template for S/4HANA
Enhance standardized process flows (L4/L5) for Requisitioning and Inventory Management that balance strict compliance with clinical
usability
Ensure the future system design addresses the root causes of today's pain points
Map current and future processes and ensure documentation is consistently updated
Recommend and drive optimization initiatives across policy process controls and technology
System Implementation Support:
Support "Fit-to-Standard" workshops
Validate clinical Use Cases during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support testing activities for process and system changes
Stakeholder Engagement & Change:
Act as the bridge between Global/Regional Procurement and decentralized Clinical Operations for Procurement Processes
Facilitate workshops with Head Nurses and Clinic Administrators
Champion the standardization mindset: Explain to stakeholders why aligning their process now will make their transition to the new
system easier later.
Prepare clear and concise materials (presentations process documentation dashboards) to support leadership reviews and decision
making
Provide guidance to operational teams on process changes ensuring successful adoption and sustained performance
Controls Compliance and Quality Assurance
Evaluate existing process controls and identify opportunities to strengthen compliance and risk mitigation
Support standardization and simplification efforts to ensure consistent policy adherence across regions categories and user groups
Partner with internal control and audit functions to address findings and embed remediations into future state processes
Continuous Improvement Initiatives and Delivery
Independently manage P2P improvement initiatives from concept to execution ensuring clear objectives deliverables and timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate requirements secure alignment and ensure smooth hand-offs
Develop business cases value assessments and impact analyses to support decision making
Monitor initiative progress escalate risks or roadblocks and ensure delivery quality
Key Performance Indicators
Process optimization: Number of improvement initiatives (Quick wins) executed in the current/legacy environment. Demonstrates
clear improvement in the effectiveness efficiency and consistency of end-to-end PTP processes through targeted redesign and
simplification.
Documentation quality: "As-Is" and "To-Be" process maps fully documented and approved in Signavio. Provide high-quality
analysis and actionable insights that influence decision making and guide prioritization of process improvements.

Experience know-how and skills critical for success
3-5 years in Procurement Supply Chain or Process Excellence specifically within Healthcare Pharma or Clinics. Strong understanding of
P2P processes controls and systems (ERP workflow tools invoice automation vendor management platforms).
Process Architecture: Expert proficiency in Signavio is non-negotiable. You must be able to visualize complex "As-Is" realities and
clean "To-Be" flows.
Detective Mindset: You dig deep to find out how the process really works not just how it's written in the manual.
Continuous Improvement DNA: You don't just document problems; you fix them. Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
methodologies is a strong plus.
Pragmatism: You balance the need for global standards with the immediate operational needs of the clinics.
Clinical Context: You understand the physical reality of a clinic (space constraints sterile environments) and can design inventory
processes that fit that reality.
System Knowledge: Understanding of SAP MM/IM logic but with the ability to apply it pragmatically to a non-technical user base.
