Affiliate Operations Coordinator

The role

As an Affiliate Operations coordinator you will be maintaining accurate tracking systems troubleshooting operator links delivering market analysis and preparing CRM campaigns in liaison with the Sales & Account Team.

What youll be doing

• Assisting team members with day to day tasks and coordinating projects and activities as requested.

• Maintaining tracking systems for campaigns and online activities which includes opening accounts creating campaigns creating relevant tracking links making sure proper links are placed across sites and testing links

• Handle troubleshooting relating to the operators tracking links & campaigns

• Assisting in delivering detailed KPI and market tracking and analysis.

• Assisting in setting up CRM campaigns by liaising with the Sales & Account Team

• Taking care of migration processes of the accounts

• Whitelisting new brands in the internal CRM system

• Making sure internal CRM systems are up to date with relevant information

Who were looking for

• 2 years of experience with administrative tasks or a similar role.

• Proven track record in KPI analysis reporting and tracking.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language

• Good listening communication and presentation skills.

• Comfortable in an environment where priorities and plans change rapidly but with intention

• Ability in managing details and balancing (multitasking with) multiple accounts and tasks.

• Analytical and organised thought process.

• Highly focused accurate & detail oriented

• Proven experience interacting with internal teams and working in a fast-paced environment

• Great understanding of BI tools CRMs and performance

• Ability to prioritise requests and maintain a level of direction in communication

• Knowledge of iGaming Industry is a huge plus
