Job Summary

A growing international company within the iGaming industry is looking for an organised and proactive Office Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous office coordination administration or reception experience who enjoys creating a professional well-organised and welcoming working environment.

Tasks

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure the workplace is organised and running efficiently
  • Coordinate office maintenance supplies and general upkeep
  • Liaise with cleaning staff and external vendors when needed
  • Support employee onboarding including workspace preparation and office coordination
  • Assist with travel bookings accommodation and itineraries
  • Help organise company events and team activities
  • Support health & safety procedures and office compliance standards
  • Handle general office administration and ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office coordination office administration or reception
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams
  • Experience supporting onboarding or HR-related processes is considered an advantage
  • Familiarity with office health & safety practices is a plus
