Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure the workplace is organised and running efficiently
- Coordinate office maintenance supplies and general upkeep
- Liaise with cleaning staff and external vendors when needed
- Support employee onboarding including workspace preparation and office coordination
- Assist with travel bookings accommodation and itineraries
- Help organise company events and team activities
- Support health & safety procedures and office compliance standards
- Handle general office administration and ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in office coordination office administration or reception
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams
- Experience supporting onboarding or HR-related processes is considered an advantage
- Familiarity with office health & safety practices is a plus
