As part of theFever Originals team you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Producer with strong experience in large-scale live event production to support the delivery of a series of immersive shows across Italy.

This role covers both feasibility & planning and onsite execution with strong operational ownership and coordination across vendors venues and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess feasibility (permitting venue costs) and support budget creation
• Plan and coordinate pre-production (layouts vendors logistics)
• Manage vendors (technical infrastructure F&B security etc.)
• Coordinate with venues local authorities and internal teams
• Oversee load-in show execution and load-out onsite
• Manage timelines task tracking and run of show
• Identify operational risks and troubleshoot in real time

YOUR PROFILE

• 3-5 years of experience producing live experiential or large-scale events
• Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder productions
• Strong understanding of event logistics technical production and permitting processes
• Experience managing budgets and vendors end-to-end
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident onsite leadership able to perform under pressure
• Working knowledge of safety standards and risk management in live events
• Experience in pre-production (site visits permitting venue setup)
• Willingness and ability to travel and be onsite for event execution

Required: Availability between May 1st and July 31st 2026 with the possibility of extension until 31st October 2026 and to travel on the weekends.
