Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction: Timely response to customer queries smooth sample registration and report delivery and building long-term client relationships while maintaining and improving NPS.
Business Development: Support identification and development of new business opportunities and ensure retention of existing clients to drive revenue growth.
MIS & Reporting: Prepare meaningful MIS dashboards presentations and customer insights to support management decision-making.
Coordination & Operations: Work closely with operations and marketing teams to resolve service issues and improve efficiency and productivity.
Standards & Performance: Ensure adherence to company policies and standards achieve set goals improve employee competencies enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to increased business turnover.
