Job Description & Summary:We areseekinga highly skilled and motivated **Senior Associates and Managers** withexpertisein IoT and Digital Twin Analytics solutions to join our team in the **Powersector**.This is a full-time onsite role requiring a dedicated professional to lead the development and deployment of innovative digital solutions for the Intelligent Power domain. The ideal candidate willpossessa strong technical background excellent client interfacing skills and proven experience in managing delivery teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the **digital solution and product ownership** for Intelligent Power domain initiatives.
- Define **product and value propositions** tailored to client needs.
- Develop andmaintainstrong **client relationships** with **go-to-market support**.
- Manage **delivery project teams**comprising3 to 15 members ensuringtimelyand successful project completion.
- Act as a key liaison for **client interfacing** including sales discussions and requirements gathering.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders delivery teams and clients.
- Oversee project delivery onsite andmaintainstrong **stakeholder management**.
## **Experience & Qualifications**.
- **Experience**: 5-10years of professional experience in relevant roles with a preference for:
- Big 4 consulting firms.
- IT System Integrators.
- Established IoT startups.
- Digital teams within Power Sector enterprises.
-Demonstratedexpertisein **IoT Data Analysis solutions** and their applications in industrial sectors. Solutions built using web technologies (python JS libraries) is preferred

- Hands onexpertisein industrial data communication protocols/interfacing (OPC Modbus REST APIs)andproficiencywith data design/databases (industrial historians SQL NoSQLTimeSeries Vector Graph)for AI-ML analytics will be desirable.

- Experience with Digital Twin modeling and building custom visualizations or exposure to multiple OEM digital twin platforms will be a bonus.

- Proventrack recordin **client interfacing roles** managing sales discussions and capturing technical requirements.

- Experience in managing **on-site delivery teams** and engaging with client stakeholders effectively.

## **Preferred Sector Expertise**

-Powerindustry experience is highly preferred. Petroleum / Manufacturing is welcome

- Strong understanding of **digital transformation** and **IoT applications** within the **Power sector**.
