What Youll Do

Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
• Create a welcoming and organized first-day experience
• Support employee engagement initiatives and retention efforts
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions and support

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws and HR best practices
• Support leaves of absence workers compensation and employee relations matters
• Assist with policy updates handbooks and internal processes

Benefits & Compensation

• Support benefits administration and open enrollment
• Partner with employees and carriers to resolve benefit questions
• Assist with compensation tracking benchmarking and HR reporting

Culture & Growth

• Help foster a positive accountable and high-performing culture
• Support leadership with coaching communication and employee development initiatives
• Contribute ideas to improve systems efficiency and employee satisfaction

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of California employment laws and HR practices
• Experience in onboarding employee relations or benefits administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Healthcare education or multi-site workforce experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• HR certification (PHR SHRM-CP) preferred
