Job Title: Head of Digitize
Overview
Our client in the logistics industry is looking for a dynamic strategic and results-driven Head of Digitize to lead a business unit focused on expanding access to digital devices and services.
This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth strengthening partnerships with financial institutions expanding market reach and leading a high-performing team. The successful candidate will take full ownership of business performance operational excellence and long-term strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on revenue generation profitability and customer satisfaction.

Identify new markets customer segments and strategic partnership opportunities to expand business reach.

Design and implement innovative financing models in collaboration with financial institutions to improve accessibility and affordability of digital products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with banks microfinance institutions and other financial service providers.

Lead strategic discussions prepare business proposals and manage high-level stakeholder engagement.

Drive revenue-generating initiatives and ensure achievement of financial targets.

Oversee accurate and systematic digital record-keeping including sales records warranties invoices and delivery documentation.

Manage and protect brand reputation across both physical and digital platforms.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns promotions and events with clear revenue and growth objectives.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and retail clients.

Lead supervise and develop a team of 5 10 employees to achieve business objectives.

Mentor and develop entry-level staff into high-performing revenue-driven professionals.

Foster a strong performance-driven corporate culture aligned with business goals.

Ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all functions of the business unit.
Requirements

Proven experience working with financial institutions such as banks microfinance institutions or credit providers.

Demonstrated experience managing and leading teams of at least 5 10 employees.

Strong background in business development strategic leadership and revenue growth.

Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience in retail digital products or technology-driven environments is an added advantage.
Education

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance Law Information Technology or a related field.

A Masters degree or professional qualification (e.g. MBA ACCA or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

Ongoing professional development in leadership digital business or financial services is desirable.
