Job Summary

Job Description:

Lead and manage delay and quantum analysis assignments on construction and infrastructure projects.
Oversee the preparation and review of delay and quantum claims rebuttals and position papers.
Apply and guide the use of recognized delay analysis methodologies and quantum assessment techniques.
Perform detailed reviews of project schedules cost records and assist in preparing claims for arbitration or litigation.
Review and validate cost ledgers analyze BOQs and assess variations/change orders.
Manage and mentor Associates and Senior Associates providing technical guidance and quality assurance.
Coordinate with senior experts on the preparation of expert reports for arbitration adjudication mediation and litigation.
Interface with clients legal teams and internal stakeholders on technical and commercial issues.
Ensure analyses and deliverables are technically robust and tribunal-ready.
Support negotiations dispute resolution processes and strategic advisory engagements.
Contribute to proposal development scope definition and project planning as required.
Willingness to travel for site visits client meetings and hearings as required.
