Job Description:
1. Project Planning & Execution

Assist in planning project timelines schedules and deliverables
-
Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule
-
Coordinate with site engineers contractors and subcontractors
-
Track project milestones and ensure timely completion
2. Coordination & Communication
-
Act as a bridge between site team architects MEP consultants and management
-
Ensure proper communication and alignment across all stakeholders
-
Conduct regular follow-ups and resolve coordination issues
3. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain project documentation (drawings DPRs reports approvals)
-
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR)
-
Track BOQs billing status and material records
-
Maintain MIS reports for management review
4. Billing & Vendor Coordination
-
Assist in contractor billing and client billing processes
-
Verify work completion as per drawings before billing
-
Coordinate with vendors for materials and services
5. Quality & Compliance
-
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards
-
Coordinate for site inspections and approvals
-
Identify risks/issues and escalate proactively
