Job Summary
Job Description:
1. Sourcing & Product Development Coordination

Collaborate closely with the Europe team to align on product specifications technical packs and development timelines.

Translate design concepts into production-ready samples with accuracy.

Track and manage sample development fittings and approvals.
2. Local Production Oversight
-
Monitor production timelines and proactively address delays.

Ensure adherence to quality fit and finishing standards throughout production.
3. Vendor & Stock Management
-
Coordinate final inspections and approvals before stock acceptance.
-
Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance.

Manage documentation and reporting related to stock acceptance and production.
4. Team Management
-
Lead mentor and manage a team to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

Allocate tasks set targets and monitor team performance.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
-
Work closely with buying merchandising and quality teams.

Support troubleshooting of technical and production challenges.
