Job Role/Job Description

What roles and responsibilities will be performed by the selected candidate

• Should be able to design develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using React

• Strong hands-on experience in building complex scalable and high-performance UI components

• Proficient in TypeScript for building type-safe maintainable front-end applications

• Should be able to work with modern React concepts such as hooks context functional components and state management

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and backend services into React applications

• Good to have working knowledge of for backend development API creation or server-side logic

• Ability to collaborate with product management UX designers backend engineers and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions

• Should be able to translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into clean efficient and reusable code

• Experience in handling application performance optimization debugging and troubleshooting

• Should be able to write unit tests and support test automation for front-end components

• Follow best practices related to coding standards security and application architecture

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering best practices

• Ability to document technical designs components and APIs as required

What is the expectation from the candidates current role/profile

• 4 6 years of overall experience with strong hands-on experience in React development

• Solid experience using TypeScript in production-grade applications

• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 and CSS3

• Working experience with including building or consuming APIs

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux Zustand Context API etc.)

• Familiarity with frontend build tools and frameworks (Webpack Vite Babel npm/yarn)

• Experience working with RESTful APIs JSON and asynchronous programming

• Understanding of basic backend concepts authentication and API security

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines version control systems (Git) and agile development practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of deliverables

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and geographies

• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands shifting priorities ambiguity and rapid change

• Must be self-motivated proactive and quality-focused

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving frameworks
