IT Operations Lead (Poland & Hungary)

Location: Wilanow Warsaw (Hybrid 3 days in the office)

Contract Type: B2B

Language Requirements: Fluent Polish and English

We are looking for a hands-on IT Operations Lead to manage IT services and infrastructure across Poland and Hungary supporting approximately 200 users.

This role combines operational leadership with practical IT management. You will coordinate vendors oversee service delivery support infrastructure operations and drive continuous improvements in a modern Azure-based environment.

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure services

• Coordinate external IT vendors and monitor SLA performance

• Oversee Incident Problem Change Asset and Configuration Management processes

• Support Azure and on-premises infrastructure operations

• Coordinate IT purchases and support budget control

• Ensure compliance with security audit and operational standards

• Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities

• Act as the key link between business users and IT service providers

• 3 years of experience in IT Operations Infrastructure or Service Management

• Practical knowledge of ITIL processes

• Experience managing external IT vendors and service providers

• Good understanding of Azure infrastructure and IT security

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Fluent Polish and English

• ITIL certification is a plus

• High level of autonomy and ownership
