Our Client is seeking an Operations Lead to become the operational backbone of the company.
This is a highly visible role working directly alongside the Co-Founder and Chief of Staff. You will own operational workstreams across product growth finance people operations customer operations and company operations.
Success in this role is measured by execution ownership and closure. You identify problems recommend solutions and drive initiatives to completion without requiring constant oversight.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems building systems and creating operational leverage within a fast-scaling startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Operations;
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product engineering and growth teams
Support product launches releases and operational execution
Ensure smooth communication between internal stakeholders
Growth Operations;
Coordinate campaign logistics and growth initiatives
Support partnership activities and business experiments
Track execution and ensure timely delivery of projects
Financial Operations;
Manage vendor onboarding and documentation
Coordinate invoices expenses signatures and operational finance processes
Work alongside accounting and legal partners to maintain operational efficiency
People Operations;
Support end-to-end hiring coordination
Manage onboarding logistics and employee setup processes
Ensure new hires have a seamless first-week experience
Customer Operations;
Learn the product ecosystem and support customer-facing operations
Help improve response quality operational efficiency and customer experience
Coordinate issue resolution across teams
Company Operations;
Support international expansion initiatives
Coordinate office setup entity registrations and operational infrastructure
Organize company events offsites and internal operational projects
Build scalable systems and processes to support growth
Requirements
Based in Warsaw or willing to relocate independently
Ability to work on-site five days per week
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Proven ability to execute and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
High level of ownership and accountability
Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments with limited structure
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
AI-native approach to work and productivity
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Business Operations Founders Office Chief of Staff Operations Management Executive Support Startup Operations or Project Coordination
Experience in high-growth startup environments
Experience supporting international expansion projects
Experience establishing new offices legal entities or operational processes
Polish language proficiency
Experience building scalable internal systems and workflows
