Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Creative Designer to support the development of branding and marketing materials across digital and business platforms. This role involves translating ideas into visually engaging content while maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce branding and marketing materials such as brochures presentations proposals infographics and social media creatives
- Create visually compelling content for digital platforms and internal/external communications
- Develop layouts illustrations and design assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Design professional presentations (PowerPoint) and structured business documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate concepts into effective visual solutions
- Create and edit short-form video content (Reels Shorts etc.)
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Adapt designs for different platforms formats and audiences
- Update and manage website content using tools like WordPress/Elementor
- Organize and maintain design files and digital assets
- Stay up to date with design trends tools and industry practices

Required Skills and amp; Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects / Premiere Pro or similar tools)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Adobe Document Cloud (interactive PDFs forms etc.)
- Strong understanding of layout typography and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create engaging social media and marketing creatives
- Basic knowledge of video editing and storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Basic understanding of web design tools (Elementor or similar platforms)
