We are seeking a Technical Associate Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS) to provide application support incident management troubleshooting batch monitoring and minor enhancements. The ideal candidate should possess strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills and experience supporting Oracle Retail environments in an AMS support model.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Retail MFCS applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot batch processing issues using POM (Process Orchestration and Monitoring).
Perform data fixes validation and analysis using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Investigate and resolve application integration and batch failures.
Support REST API integrations and troubleshoot interface-related issues.
Monitor system health application logs and environment performance.
Support end-of-day (EOD) and month-end processing activities.
Assist in BI Publisher report troubleshooting and enhancements.
Develop and support minor enhancements using Oracle APEX and APIs.
Coordinate environment refresh activities and deployment support.
Handle user access role management and security-related issues.
Work closely with Oracle Support and business teams for issue resolution.
Maintain documentation incident records and root cause analysis reports.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail MFCS/RMS data model.
