We are currently hiring for a high-impact strategic role with Afcons Infrastructure Limited one of India’s leading infrastructure EPC organizations part of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group.
Position: Executive Assistant – Strategy
Location: Mumbai
Role Overview:
This is a leadership-track role working closely with senior management contributing to strategic initiatives across large-scale infrastructure projects including T&D Metro Railways and Heavy Civil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support leadership in strategy formulation & execution
- Conduct market research competitor analysis and business insights
- Drive cross-functional strategic projects
- Prepare presentations reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Track key business metrics and support decision-making
- Engage with internal stakeholders across business verticals
Desired Profile:
- BE / in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- MBA from Tier-1 / Top Institutes (IIMs / ISB / XLRI / SPJIMR / etc.)
- 2–6 years of experience in strategy / consulting / infra domain
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior exposure to EPC / Infrastructure sector preferred
