Business Development Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales client handling and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services
Generate leads through LinkedIn cold calling networking and references
Conduct client meetings and understand hiring requirements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in B2B sales/business development (preferably recruitment consultancy)
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for lead generation and outreach
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in business development/sales
Prior experience in recruitment consultancy or HR services is preferred
